Hi I’m Katerina
I’m a pelvic health yoga instructor and pregnancy/postnatal corrective exercises specialist. and a mom of two boys.
Whether it’s been just two weeks or two decades since pregnancy, I offer tailored exercises programs to support women dealing with various pelvic health issues, such as urine leakage, prolapse, diastasis recti and low back pain.
My goal is to help women regain their strength, improve their well-being, and boost their body confidence. Together, we’ll embark on a transformative journey filled with effective and enjoyable exercises that will leave you feeling empowered and ready to conquer the world.
I’m a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, certified Yoga teacher (500 hours), certified in Yoga for Pelvic Health and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (Pelvic Health Professionals Education Center), and trained in Pilates (Mat-Plus Level 1).
