I’m Katerina! I’m a women’s coach, a pelvic health yoga instructor, a postpartum exercises specialist, and, of course, a mom of two amazing kiddos.

My passion lies in female pelvic health and embracing natural, holistic approaches to healing. I’m here to be your supportive friend and guide as we navigate through any pelvic health symptoms you may be experiencing. Together, we’ll find your new normal, boost your strength, and help you feel your absolute best.

• I am certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (leaks, tightness, and prolapse), Diastasis Recti, SI Joint Pain, and Low Back Pain by Dr. Sarah Ellis Duvall, PT, DPT, CPT, CNC) (US). 

• I am certified Yoga teacher (500 hours), (Accessible Asana, Progressive Asana, Functional Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, Restorative Yoga, Hands-on assisting in poses, Meditation, Pranayama, Sequencing, Naada Yoga: Sound of Yoga) Naada Yoga Educational Center Canada;

• I am certified in Yoga for Pelvic Health and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, (Pain of the Pelvic Girdle and lower back, Diastasis Recti, SI Joint Pain, Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, and Pregnancy & Postpartum) Pelvic Health Professionals Education Center, Canada;

• I am certified Innate Postpartum Care provider, (US) ; 

• I have completed training in Pilates (Canada);

My Story

My own personal journey inspired me to become a certified expert in female pelvic health and postnatal care.

When I became a mother, I experienced feelings of loneliness, exhaustion, and immense pain. It felt as if something heavy and uncomfortable was weighing me down in my pelvis and my belly looked like I was still pregnant even though it was months after giving birth. I knew I needed to regain my strength and heal my body, but fear held me back from exercising, afraid of exacerbating my symptoms.

I sought help from various avenues, including gyms and pilates studios, but struggled to find an instructor who truly understood my unique challenges. My symptoms gone worse after doing exercises that was not suitable for my body. It was through this frustration that I decided to take matters into my own hands and educate myself.

I embarked on a journey of self-education, attending numerous workshops and completing courses focused on female pelvic health and pelvic floor dysfunction. Through my studies, I gained a deep understanding of my own body and developed a personalized strategy that worked wonders for my healing and strength-building.

Continuing my pursuit of knowledge, I delved into the intricacies of female physiology, pelvic health rehabilitation, natural self-care practices, and holistic approaches to postnatal care. Armed with this expertise, I am dedicated to empowering other women on their own healing journeys.

Today, I work closely with women, offering personalized guidance and support to help them overcome their challenges, regain confidence in their bodies, and find their path to wellness. I am here to share my knowledge, compassion, and proven strategies, so you too can experience the transformative power of pelvic health and reclaim your vitality.
