We go through the content together week by week for 8 weeks. However, you have access to the content for 6 months.
The program is designed in 3 main categories:
First, you’ll have 24 video classes of exercises and yoga. The plan is 3 classes per week. However, if you can’t do it this way, we can modify it for you.
Second, you have 8 live (via zoom) group coaching sessions, where you learn all about how to take care of your pelvic health that supports the healing of prolapse.
Third, is your 1:1 private sessions with Katerina, where you get all the modifications that you need, your personal circumstances discussed and your questions privately answered.
