To access the program you will need an online connection and computer OR smartphone OR tablet.

The equipment that you will need for the exercises:

  • 2-4 towels OR blankets
  • A yoga mat – optional
  • 2 foam yoga blocks – optional
  • a chair
  • a belt (yoga belt/ robe belt, etc)
  • a (medium strength) resistance band
  • a loop resistance band (if you have 1 resistant band, you don’t need to buy a loop one)
  • a foam roller (can be substituted with a towel)
  • a massaging silicone suction cup (optional)
  • a tennis ball OR a tension ball
