To access the program you will need an online connection and computer OR smartphone OR tablet.
The equipment that you will need for the exercises:
- 2-4 towels OR blankets
- A yoga mat – optional
- 2 foam yoga blocks – optional
- a chair
- a belt (yoga belt/ robe belt, etc)
- a (medium strength) resistance band
- a loop resistance band (if you have 1 resistant band, you don’t need to buy a loop one)
- a foam roller (can be substituted with a towel)
- a massaging silicone suction cup (optional)
- a tennis ball OR a tension ball
