Mama and baby yoga
For this class we meet once a week via zoom video call.
It is small group of like-minded mamas, 4 – 6 people.
It is a fun and safe community where we support each other with no judgement.
We usually have 5 mins chat before the class, just to make sure everybody doing well.
And after class I leave 10 mins for the questions.
If you have a private question, we can chat privately, after everyone is offline.
Mama and baby yoga online
This class is taught every Thursday morning at 10.30 am.
The focus of this class is to give your body gentle stretches and release. And your mind will get a break too.
Don’t worry if your baby doesn’t want to do yoga with you, usually babies are playing or crawling around, sometimes napping. Even if your baby is fussy, there is no need to worry, you just do what you need to do.
If you need to breastfeed or change a diaper, it’s absolutely no trouble, you can do it during the class.
You will also enjoy the community of other supportive moms.
It is a walk-in class, however, I kindly ask you to register and pay for the class in advance to secure your spot.
Also, don’t worry about being late, the class is recorded so you can catch up or do it anytime again.
This is a 60 min class.
As a mother of 2 kids, I sometimes get caught up in the daily stress and find it hard to focus on one task at a time. I’ve been having difficulties relaxing even when my baby would allow me to sleep. After a 6 weeks one-on-one course with Katerina I felt really good. The pain in my shoulder and back was alleviated. During the class we were doing exercises for the body and mind that felt supportive and helped me feel confident.
Katerina is a warm and open person; I love her supportive attitude and attention to details. We discovered what exactly I needed to do to support myself (even if I have tonnes of tasks to do during the day). After each class I felt relaxed but strong, and then the following week I was a lot less reactive to the stress of busy life.
