It is a one-on-one class for mom, that can be taught with or without your baby present, either at my home studio or in the convenience of your own home.
Together we will discuss all the things that your mind and body need and will put it into your personal recovery self-care plan.
Your baby can crawl around, play, interact or enjoy the yoga moves with you. Or playfully and gently I can hold your baby while guiding you through the movements. I have some toys that might entertain your little one.
This class will provide you with the guidance on how to self-care and sooth. The focus of each class can be adjusted to your present mood, but of course, within your customised plan (that we draw in advance).
After the class you will feel physically rejuvenated and relaxed, as well as clear and fresh in your mind.
