I offer private classes online and in-person, please find below.
With initial consultation we will work together to create your individual plan
and strategy according to your needs, level and goals.

Online classes are taught through Zoom live video call.

In-person classes are taught in the convenience of your home, or
if you wish, we can organise it outside in a park, beach, gym, my home studio etc.

Classes are booked no less than 24 hours in advance.

Private yoga for mothers in Montreal


It is a one-on-one class for mom, that can be taught with or without your baby present, either at my home studio or in the convenience of your own home.

Together we will discuss all the things that your mind and body need and will put it into your personal recovery self-care plan.

Your baby can crawl around, play, interact or enjoy the yoga moves with you. Or playfully and gently I can hold your baby while guiding you through the movements. I have some toys that might entertain your little one.

This class will provide you with the guidance on how to self-care and sooth. The focus of each class can be adjusted to your present mood, but of course, within your customised plan (that we draw in advance).

After the class you will feel physically rejuvenated and relaxed, as well as clear and fresh in your mind.


As a mother of 2 kids, I sometimes get caught up in the daily stress and find it hard to focus on one task at a time. I’ve been having difficulties relaxing even when my baby would allow me to sleep. After a 6 weeks one-on-one course with Katerina I felt really good. The pain in my shoulder and back was alleviated. During the class we were doing exercises for the body and mind that felt supportive and helped me feel confident.

Katerina is a warm and open person; I love her supportive attitude and attention to details. We discovered what exactly I needed to do to support myself (even if I have tonnes of tasks to do during the day). After each class I felt relaxed but strong, and then the following week I was a lot less reactive to the stress of busy life.
