Coaching through postpartum
With my support you will develop your self-care routine that will help you to heal faster and remain strong and calm in your daily motherhood.

Private yoga
I develop specific program for you according to your needs, goals, and challenges. Together we work on your healing and strengthening. This is 1:1 class in-person or online.

Mom’s yoga for core
Online group class (6 weeks series) through a live stream video call. The focus of the program is to heal your core and strengthen the whole body.

After I had my twins I struggled with back pain, but also, I struggled with adjusting my life. I felt I never had time for anything, and I felt like I was constantly judged by people around me.
I took one-on-one classes with Katerina, and after those classes I felt relief in my back. It also helped me to feel mentally supported. She customised her plan according to what I felt and needed on that day. I gained a sense of confidence through her understanding and support.
